Accounts & access
Sauri Care accounts use an email address and a personal PIN. You can browse hospitals, clinics and labs without signing in; an account is only required to save favourites, set your HMO plan or submit reviews.
Provider dashboards and admin tools are gated by server-side role checks. Sensitive fields on facility records (verification, publishing, tier, ownership) cannot be changed by providers — only by the Sauri Care team.
Data we collect
- Your email address and display name when you create an account.
- Your HMO plan and saved facilities (only if you set them).
- Symptom-checker answers you submit, linked to your account.
- Reviews and wait-time reports you choose to submit.
- Approximate location, only when you grant browser permission, to show facilities near you. Your coordinates are not stored on our servers.
Where your data lives
Sauri Care runs on Lovable Cloud. Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so each user can only read and write their own records. Public facility information (name, address, hours, services) is visible to everyone by design.
Passwords are never stored in our database — authentication is handled by the managed auth service and credentials are hashed by that service.
What you can rely on
- HTTPS is enforced for the app and all backend calls.
- Provider and admin actions are validated on the server before any database write.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email below; this removes your profile, saved items and reviews.
Third-party services
Sauri Care uses Google Maps to display facility locations and directions. When you open the map, Google may receive your IP address and basic device information under their own privacy policy.
